Unit: Myphone Rio Aqua
Problem: Not Charging When Unit is POWER ON mode,But if unit is power OFF it accept charger.

Usually the solution is hardware and it might be on or along charging lines and unit usb port.

Unit detected on PC but UNKNOWN driver it possibly damage the D+ or D- line..

But this solution for QUICK and TEMP. Only or maybe Forever if owner do not want to open his unit for repair.

1.Download the APK installer,install and Open(must rooted mtk device)

but it only works as long as i don't restart the device

how about the permanent repair ?
i think there is something wrong with the otg function
