i got a china s9500 clone here the screen went fozy all at ones i can figer it out is it the lcd need help with this one

i flashed incorrect ROM on my phone. now have similar screen. any ideas?

Up, i have the same problem, i don't know the producer of the device, i think is STAR S9500 because it's mt6582 and HDS made a S9500 with MT6589..the phone work but on the lcd i can only see vertical colored line... PLEASE HELP!!!
