hallo man,im troubled with china phones network.i have phone like 1110i and 1202 {china}.they display that network is full but when u call it says call disconnected.can u show me with a diagram how to troubleshoot it?

press 1 then tpye 31 , press 2 then 32 , and 3 then only 3.
like that all key wrong work.

i already rehot cpu , pcb full clean but still problem
