Member: 2179598 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I posted in another thread over a week ago but nobody has replied to me yet so I thought I'd tried here in the hope that you'll be able to help me. I bricked my phone when flashing a rom and it's completely dead. I get the mount/unmount sounds when I connect the USB to my laptop but it won't recognise it and it shows as Unknown Device even though the drivers are installed as is ADB. I've heard about phones being able to be fixed (sometimes) with the pinout process but I don't know if this will help me or even if you know what that is and what to do? Quote:

I was originally getting BROM error (3012) and then other errors and now nothing at all. My laptop makes the usual sound when the phone is plugged in but then you can hear it keep mounting/unmounting every few seconds and the phone isn't detected on the MTK Root & Tools kit either. From another poster on here, I've discovered that there may be a way to flash the phone without using the USB - do you know how to do that and would you be able to explain the process to me? I know I'm asking a lot but I'm desperate now and have been looking all over the internet for help for almost a week now so I'd be grateful for any help you can give. Thank you so much | |
