yestel x2-02 sound and PA fault modretor plz help

1> yestel x2-02 many of set in sound problem buzzer only like vibrating (turr turr) sound i change sound ic buzer also but still same have any idea abut that what to do also set 1% short.

2> i have 23 yestel x2-02 china set some of set is searching no service emergency problem i have change pa from ok set and problem solve but RDA PA get from ok set i want jumper tested RDA PA jumper solution or tell me from where i can get this pa.

Just rehot rda ic and then post.if set is short remove signal ic and change it
