Error XT1789-04 IN Remote Unlock AIRPLANE Mode - GSM-Forum

Hi , good morning.
two days ago I request a service for unlock Motorola XT1789-04 Z2 FORCE TMO
I try wIth diferent source for unlock remote and with the two sources after unlock the phone stuck in airplane mode,
commfixer dont work, unlockbootloader for flash dont work, any work.

In fastboot the phone is now changed the product code to XT1601
and motoservice update detect it as XT1601.

Someone source with mototoken could help to explain what happen, and could be fixed.

UPDATE: Only people with MotoToken with acces level 4 can fix it.

The problem is the cid damaged so, the current motoservice was disabled to fix cid.
Someone here with acces level 4?
