How to fix no svc moto g play model xt-1607 after update 7.1.1 - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter i got motorola G PLAY XT-1607 ,,after update on 7.1.1 ,,,showing NO SVc only ,,although manualy change all bands but still showing same ,,,can anybody guide me HOW TO FIX THIS ISSUE ?
