| . Power off the phone, press and hold volume down button, press power button. . Wait for the "triangle ! / Android" screen then release the volume down button . Tap lower right-hand corner of Touch Screen . Navigate on-screen menu to select “Wipe” (data/factory reset) and Press OK . Navigate on-screen menu to select “Reboot System Now” and Press OK . Wait for device to reboot Keep in mind, when using this feature; everything is deleted. Nothing stored on the MicroSD will be affected. |

| To hard reset this model: 1. Remove and reinsert battery. 2. Press power button for 3 seconds 3. Press and hold volume down button (before Motorola logo appears!) 4. Phone should now show warning triangle - press volume up 5. Use volume down button to select 'wipe data/factory reset' and press power button. 6. Scroll down to Yes using volume down button and select with power button. Job done! |
