Put in fastboot mode run this command fastboot getvar all
C:\adb>fastboot getvar all
After that you can check the firmware name you need to flash by fastboot commands.

No need to unlock bootloader for flashing .
Just flash latest firmware

but i am getting an error whenever i flash moto xt1080
