u want me to do it with Moto Auto Flasher + Root Script OR Moto Auto Flasher Only? i tried downloading Moto Auto Flasher + Root Script, but it asks for permission to download via mediafire

No need vit root script .. jus dwnload frm second link i updated it yeaterday.

i have done with the second script and now it shows the following error at the last after flashing

You hav hardware issue unable to mount cache nd userdata ...

try this once unlock bootloader
write custom recovery flash cm based rom after flash wipe data cache system again flash the rom if failed to wipe cache or data probably itcould b a hardware issue.
