3 time I flash moto e still same problem I have 3 set still need solution .. help urjent one is on app stopped. sec also same 3rd is stuck on moto logo

First all unlock your bootloader:

How to Install Stock Firmware On Moto xt1022.
Download and install Moto USB Drivers
b). Enable USB debugging on your phone (Go to Settings -> Developer options and enable USB Debugging).
c). Download firmware for Moto xt1022 and unzip the file to a folder xml.zip.

d). ADB and Fastboot Download mfastboot-v2.zip minimal tool, unzip the content and move ITS files to the firmware files folder.

1. Turn off your phone and then a to press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons Simultaneously for a few seconds. This will boot the phone into bootloader mode.

USB 2. Now, connect your Moto X to your PC via cable go to the folder Where the firmware is located and launch a command window from there (Press Shift key, right click and select 'Open command window here')

3. Now, issue all the commands provided below one by one.

mfastboot flash partition gpt.bin
mfastboot flash bootloader bootloader.img
mfastboot flash logo logo.bin
mfastboot flash boot boot.img
