Google youtube to enable developer options and debugging

open a cmd

type the following

adb devices

adb shell content insert --uri content://settings/secure --bind name:s:user_setup_complete --bind value:s:1

go back to settings and reset device and erase everything

Tested working on motorola XT1550 android marshmallow
