I agree they should release it, as they are a leading service tool for those brands. XT1550 try to reset via interrupted wifi connection, getting to system, browser, shortcut maker and signing to Google 'via browser'. Many videos on YT already, so no point linking again. Only XT1541 with 6.0 or later we couldn't do for now. |

This version stronger like Nexus maj. or android N security update. I think w/o unlocked bootloader , not possible the downgrade to older ver. expl. 6.0 ! But I welcome any little trick. BR, Keni |

I don't have 1550 in hand to test, but you have some selection here - [INDEX][Osprey][Merlin] Moto G Factory Firmw… | Moto G 2015 Next, get into the settings. In all Motorola it's pretty easy, as you only have to use *#*#4636#*#*, second option and click back on the top of the screen. If developer cannot be activated as normal then use the usual tricks: 1. Try to swap users from owner to guest and back (some Moto firmwares have users hidden) 2. Use the new 'sign-in through browser' workaround that can be seen in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GKdVvBSIb0M - you can get to the Chrome enabled search through 'Google - Now cards' in the phone settings. If the phone resets during the sign-in than there is no available public solution at the moment. You can get the phone working easy, as seen in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K3-zPSpojWg but cannot FRP reset for new user |
