same problem here with X1941-4 Moto One

Tried to downgrade, failed to write boot, after 1 time was flashed & booted. Now A/B slot error.

Lenovo Moto Smart Assistant's rescue function fail:
This device is not supported.

Bootloader is locked.

Any idea?

So you do flash firmware according to carrier info instead of build number which is

INFOro.build.version.full[0]: Blur_Version.39.401.27.deen.retai
INFOro.build.version.full[1]: l.en.US

hello guys,

no difference between RETAIL or RETEU flashing, both accepted by phone

Found something strange, after flashing but before reboot, getvar all shows:
flashing DEEN_RETAIL_9.0_PPKS29.68-16-36-7....
(bootloader) slot-bootable:_a: Yes
(bootloader) slot-bootable:_b: Yes
(bootloader) slot-retry-count:_a: 7
(bootloader) slot-retry-count:_b: 0

fastboot reboot
getvar all
(bootloader) slot-bootable:_a: No
(bootloader) slot-bootable:_b: No

so far not found the solution, anyone can repair remotely please send PM
