1.Turn Off the Phone
2.Press power + volume up + volume down and select recovery with volume buttons
3.Press camer button to activate this option
4.Will appear a screen with an android logo and then press home button
4.Choose "wipe data" by using volume down to navigate and camera button to select
5.Choose "Yes"

1.Turn Off the Phone
2.Press power + volume up + volume down when vibrate relase power button
3. When Android green droid with with box apper in your screen, then press Home button.
4. Next select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume keys to hightlight option, and Power button to confirm.
5.Then choose and confirm option "Yes -- delete all user data".
6.After that to finish operation confirm option "reboot system now".
7. wait for few minutes...done!!
