motorola dext hwo enter unlock code

i need correct procedure for enter unlock code in moto dext the set does not ask for subsidy code
i came accross this procedure but didn't work
. Reboot your Motorola CLIQ with an unaccepted SIM card in.
*If the display reads “Enter Special Code”, enter the unlock code and press “OK”
*If the display does not read “Enter Special code”:
2. Press and hold the * key until an entry box is displayed.
3. Type *, #, 3, 2, # and press “OK”
4. Enter your Motorola CLIQ’s unlock code and press “OK.”
5. Your Motorola CLIQ should now display either “Completed” or “Deleted”

i find out it's some how a bug in motorola dext sim cards with activated pin code can not be used to enter subsidy code in phone either disable sim pin code or use other card with disactivated pin

this worked for me for hard reset

Motorola CLIQ XT (MB501) Hard Reset:

1. Turn  the power off. If your Motorola CLIQ XT is frozen, pull the battery out and  reinsert it 
2. Press and hold the Power and Camera buttons 
3. Release  the Camera button when prompted 
4. Press and hold the Volume Down key 
5.  A yellow exclamation will appear on the display. Wait until a menu with options  will appear.
6. Using the touch screen select Factory Reset and press OK.

That's all

this model is ( MB200

u have to wait approximative 12 min for format menu !!!!
