Yes a very serious problem after people upgrade their Verizon Moto E5 Play it will lose its unlock. Soon there will be thousands asking for a solution. Sigmakey generated code no longer works.

@davidmcalan
I have not tried flashing Moto E5 Play with rsdlite, I have tried repairing with Verizon upgrade assistant, that is when I first discovered a problem with the Moto E5 Play.
Hopefully you can report back here with any positive results.

It is not a bug.... all Verizon Motorola's E5 were blocked intentionally by Verizon... so they wont do nothing to solve this issue

Which country are those units

Not sure if that issue is region-specific. I have updated to the latest 121-14 using both OTA and Verizon upgrade assistant and the phones did not re-lock, they are still unlocked.

I have heard about a server solution to fix this issue. They just make an IMEI Repair to fix this issue. Who knows what is the server to make it possible?
