motorola i1 IMEI ONLY 14 DIGITS - GSM-Forum

Hi i was received a motorola i1 with firmware 1.5 and baseband RBF.03.00 from Boost mobile, reset the subsidy password with CNS iden unlocker 6.33 in optin reset subsidy, the phone finish ok and the subsidy poassword is dissabled, but now, the phone not have signal, i verfy the IMEI and this only have 14 digits, not 15.
Try fix with iden lab rss 2.00.21 and 2.00.25, this change the imei but only the first 14 digits, cant write the digit number 15.
Try update firmware by sd card but the phone says: the software is up.
Some body have some firmware or ROOM or the procedure for fix this?

is a normal issue the iden lab inly show first 14 digit and the last digit the program make it

in any iden phone show only 14 digit

I am sure the lab only show 14 digits, i know; are you sure ALL the iden only show 14 digits?, the i1 is android OS
My problem is the i1 not have signal and cant make update by sd card , you know how fix this?

That's not true, I1 is not cns protected...

The 15th digit on all iden phones is zero number. If phone doesn't get signal, maybe was deffective before...

try with this Deposit Files
download, unpack, instal drivers then conect the phone in normal mode then open the program, this unlock the phone and give the code.
if you cant read the phone try put the phone in rss session ( read the phone with iden lab) and the try unlock the phone.
