i have tried all i read from the link on hard reset moto mb525 but it did not work for me!

Hi
You press power button and volume down for 10 seconds aproximately, appear motorola logo then the android logo appear in display with exclamation sign. After pressing volume up and volume down buttons at the same time and show the android system recovery menu, move top-down with volume buttons, select options with power button.

i tried to my motorola upgrade but i can't do it and my motorola hang in logo what can i do plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz fast reply.
