For go to settings in this model/version, you have to go to next step, and see Terms and Conditions of google, select text, and you have the classic "share" options.

You can long press on Gmail icon, search data usage, app settings, click on three dots, and manage accounts option will bring you to Settings.

But, if you need FRP unlock you need to root phone.
