To boot and install first need unlock bootloader

What is the difference between both files? Which one can I use for the At & t mexico version, thanks, regards.

my z2 only works in fastboot mode, I can not enter the menu to enable debugging and unlocking the bootloader. help me solve it.

You might want to try reflashing the stock firmware. you can find those at firmware centre: DOWNLOAD

it does not let the equipment flash because the bootloader is not unlocked.
