its was drivers problem (need remove old garbage and reinstall)
after flashed ,problem solved

boss i have flash it with xt912 utility. before flashing my phone working good just have virus problem. but when i flash it with utility it stuck on fastboot mode.
i have try it 2 different version from motofirmware center. do you have any idea. another flashing procedure......
