This is not a problem. Your phone was not originally launched as a dual sim model but it has a second sim slot built in it. So if you bought this device as secondhand then the seller must had flashed it with dual sim firmware to utilize second sim slot. I have myself done it to my XT1562 which had same capability.

Then I need to write single sim firmware?

You should insert second sim and use it. Your sim tray has a capacity of keeping two sims. If it is not visible, you can peel of the patch put on sim 2 slot by your nail or any pointed device.
