motorola xt800 hard reset please
 

i have a motorola xt800+ that has a pattern lock and i dont know how to hard reset it... can you please help me on how to do it??


i tried it with scout, it seems detected but i cannot just master clear or master reset it... it always shows an error...

Hold Silent + Volume Up + Camera Key and Power On/Off key
Don't release any key only release power button and wait till the a triangle icon appear.

Release buttons and then press "Volume up and Camera Button ..format menu.

Scroll down to Wipe Data Factory Reset with Volume Down Key and Press Silent Key on the top to Selec
