Motorola xt909 IS12M brick need help

brothers I need help for this phone it was stock on logo I google the solution and found this file "DROID_RAZR_Utility_Jellybean_XT912_WinMacLin" I followed the instruction carefully but I end up with an error now the phone was totally brick and the battery wont charge anymore. I google again and found this file "VRZ_XT912_6.5.1-73_DHD-11_TA-3_1FF_02.xml_3.zip" O want to flash it with this file but the phone was unable to program because too low battery...can someone give a help on how to unbrick this phone?

steps that I made
1st step ===>>I download"DROID_RAZR_Utility_Jellybean_XT912_WinMacLin.zip" then extract and flash the unit...but it gives me more headache

"Invalid Flash Mode (S) (Boot Failure)

eMMC Info: Size 16G
To return to normal mode - first press power key to power down
Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0

Battery OK
OK to Program
Transfer Mode:
USB Connected

Invalid CG OTV (CG: system): Invalid SP Data
Invalid CG HAB (CG: system, status: 0x0056)
Invalid CG OTV (CG: system)"

2nd step I download "Blur_Version.65.3.18.IS12M"
then extract and flash the unit using this firmware "Blur_Version.65.3.18.IS12M" "I used RSDLIT for flashing"

but I am always getting error flashing with RSDLITE until the battery got totally drained
NOTE: with this unit I learned that it can't be charged if the software was tptally damage even you use BPTOOLS to charge it.
So what I did was find an old and damage 5130 USB cable, since it was damage i repair it first



the black and red cable was connected directly to the + and - of the battery and charge it for 8hrs using a cheap USB chagrer...

then flash it again using RSDLITE but it was still giving me error...so I get back to "DROID_RAZR_Utility_Jellybean_XT912_WinMacLin.zip" flashing was complete but I got error

then after a little modification I flash again the unit using "DROID_RAZR_Utility_Jellybean_XT912_WinMacLin...Edi ted version by me" anf viola the problem was solve hehehehe. cheers


note: the phone can be power normally and everything was 100% working
