Need help for moto E xt1022

Need help for moto E xt1022 ...when power on the phone it shows moto logo n then stuck on recovery logo with blinking .Try to erase cache n userdata in fastboot mode it shows okay but the problem still same .Try flash with this file XT1022_CONDOR_RETAILDSDS_5.1_LPC23.13-34.8_cid7_CFC.xml.zip but it gives error ...here getvar info of the phone

well tried but the prob still same it wont flash system files n flashing is okay with other files i mean recovery , userdata ,cache etc

Download minimal adb / Fastboot.
Extract first the firmware that you use, and within the folder you extract the firmware file minmal adb / fastboot.
Windows open a window inside the folder with Shift + Right Mouse Button and copies the commands one by one.

I had a same problem. I had to unlock bootloader, and the I used a zip file of stock 5.1 lollipop rom and flashed it from recovery (TWRP). mind you, I did not flash Twrp but only used it temporarily from fastboot like below..

$fastboot boot twrp.img
If you flash it, it might bootloop. Also don't downgrade it, it might not upgade again to lollipop.
