Nexus 6 and EFS question - GSM-Forum

Hi I bought a Tmobile XT1003 Phone on ebay but apparently a month after the phone stopped working. now a friend of mine has a Play Store XT1001 he is willing to lend me the EFS from his phone so I can restore it on mine and hopefuly recover phone service, now, does someone knows if this works?

if it is going to be as simple as backing up EFS on TWRP then restoring it in thw other phone, now both phones are almost identical with the difference that the tmo one has some different bands but that is all.

Ok Just restored EFS from XT1001 into XT1003 and nothing happened the Imei and everything else stayed the same

If someone else is having an issue with a Nexus 6, I can trade EFS with them and see if anything works, mine seem to be working fine in the US but not in CR so maybe if I trade with someone we end up wit 2 working phones
