Guide me Please.

Moto Nexus6 ,While Power on :
' Your device is corrupted,it cant be trusted may not be..... "
message appears..then get in with continuous pop-up message coming as
' Unfortunately settings has stopped '

Now i want flash the phone,but fails at start saying need to do boot loader unlock.

As i cant able to get in Menu,so im unable to do enable OEM UNLOCK option.
Unable to do Boot Loader Unlock.

When i tried with CF Root ,

downloading 'boot.img'
< command write Failed > < unknown error>

How to fix my issue,
Guide me please.
