XT1254 correct firmware needed

i recieved handset in working condition sometimes restarts becuase of hang .....
I flash with XT1254_QUARK_VERIZON_6.0.1_MCG24.251-5_cid2_subsidy-1FF.xml then set only boot in Ap fastboot mode saying Boot up failed and Failed to validate system image

I also flash handset with XT1254_QUARK_VERIZON_6.0.1_MCG24.251-4_cid2_subsidy-DEFAULT_CFC.xml and problem not solved
