Hello Team,

I have a lumia 800 movistar from Spain, i have the code from the source , PIN cde for unlock, but the issue is that the phone is requestign a PUK code after many tentatives of PIN code.

any solution please to reset the counter?

Just Change ur sim card

Just flash your fone counters will reset enter pin code you got from provider all will be ok

very easy the puk is the seconde code that yoy receive from the provider(all windows phones have tow unlock code.
