Nokia Lumia 900 PUK and PIN Counter Reset - GSM-Forum

Hi Folks,

I have a Nokia Lumia ATT 900 phone locked to their network.

I've used up all 10 PIN attempts and all 32 PUK attempts.

When I turn on the phone, I get a SIM error saying that it is missing or invalid.

I would like to know how I can reset these counters or if there is any other problem with the SIM/Phone that is giving me this error.

I now have a valid code from ATT for unblocking but I need to reset the counters first.

Hi,

Flashing/Software Updating will reset counters - TESTED.

Code counters isn't affected by flashing on Lumia 900. I thought should work
for L900 as well as works for L610, L710 and L800. But unfortunately, it doesn't.
