2013 Elantra help with mileage correction

Can anyone point me in the correct direction? I want to learn how to correct mileage. I currently have a Elantra to mess with. What i think i know about this vehicle. Its Has a NEC 78K0 chip? It has to be soldered to in order to read and write to? A few of my questions are. What tool is best for this car? From what i have read the Tacho Pro will not work on this car? DigiProg 3 is a better option? Or is there a cheaper option that will work just as well? Is there any program that will read and write to this car through a diagnosis port? Any information will be greatly appreciated and Thank you in advance! Please let me know if im missing anything?

Things like nec/Motorola mcu yes but 93c56 and similar I prefer to remove for read/write to be sure of a good backup should anything go wrong
