what software would i use to dump this chip and flash it.
Sorry for the obvious question,i am a newbie trying to learn about odometer correction and airbag reset for Chevy Cobalt 2007 and 2008
Hex work shop or win hex i believe i can use to edit eprom,is that also correct.
Also is there a simple programer that i can use to build for the 95080 chip.
Thanks in advance.

search for datasheet, is your better choice!
but you need to complete your Profile, City AND Country.

this reader sometimes needs a modification, you need 2.4 v on pin 8.
you can use zener diode too.
I modified mine to get it to work.

I mean the spi adapter.
you need to add 33 ohm R and 2.7 V zener to pin 8, and disconnect it from original place, I hope you understand, if not, I will upload pics later.
