me confused too why you want gnd if for gnd and 12 V in photo they are needed only if you want test dash in bank !!!!!

for eprom just sold wires from point to point
i mean from point marked 1 to pin 1 in your programmer ......

just in attachement more indication for pinout in programmer

Be carefull, on some clocks the chip can be re-programmed but 1 to 2 hours later the clocks shut down...
I've done quite a few now and it doesn't always work...
If you have a legitamate reason to change the mileage then I can point you in the right direction...
