Hello all, I am at wits end my computer was hijacked and I can't format it until I can get back into bios it wont boot from usb anymore, I selected it under few boot menu and it goes to windows.. When I get to windows it ***** a store screen and wont allow me to see anythig else and *** knows what they are doing now. I must have triggerred something when I disabled all of their newly. Added windows ces that allowed them to add drivers and devices and basically could do it all as silent installs and even got my router and on my network so the firewLl say them as friendly users I got my router back and reset every thing, changed the dns, summer and ip ad******* ,ssdi etc and haven't use itfrom this computer so I thought maybe I was getting closer , and was goig to reinstall bios driver and then format but it won't let me install so I went to restart in safemode or something sobi could install a fresh bio driver and whom on restart they locked the bios and it left An 8 digit key.

its an aspire v5 431 4889 model is ms2360. The unlock key given for bios is 7D6F34E6

I have my childrens school work saved there so it is extremely frustrating as these hackers changed drivers in root, and added so mny and have been changing my computer as a part of the system in the background. I had it on airplane, deleted these 4 dozen drivers, disabled the new services installed and they still have controll. If anyone could help me get. Into bios and also if you have advice on the attack or best way to format or know of a good website to find more info on this type if attack I would appreciate it. I saw that we can now download and boot from a disk for windows 8 or 8 to 8.1 but ppl said the windows key is baked into the bios? Is that going to be a problen if i can ever bout from a usb or cd? I spent a week looking at event life and trying to figure out the best way to clean my sysstem and I feel frustratedas now I cant get in, I tutor esl student for writing and use this computer and we have very little money to fix it and now cant make the little I do helping students online, some I help for free because I know what its like to have very little and I can't help then either so anything anyone has to help I would greatly appreciate. Thanks in advance and thanks to all that have already helped others!
