Clean your system with Good antivirus
after Reset your Mozilla firefox

install adblock plus plugin if you want to see pages without annoying ads.

Backup the bookmarks and reinstall Firefox. Instead, chrome is a better option

You can minimize the problem but I don't think this problem will solve completely. You see, I am using Chrome browser and adBlockr both but still some window keeps opening automatically.

uBlock Origin is one of the best and fastest ad blockers I have ever tried on Chrome.

Maybe also clean your PC from malwares? Try malwarebytes, should help. If not, change your browser to chrome or any else.
