install adblock plus plugin if you want to see pages without annoying ads.

You can minimize the problem but I don't think this problem will solve completely. You see, I am using Chrome browser and adBlockr both but still some window keeps opening automatically.

uBlock Origin is one of the best and fastest ad blockers I have ever tried on Chrome.

Maybe also clean your PC from malwares? Try malwarebytes, should help. If not, change your browser to chrome or any else.
