The best choice for a new laptop i7 vs i5

I have two questions I hope someone can help me with:

1. Where can I find the Dell password generator for -595B ?
(Now that may be asking a lot, so I have another question)

2. The Dell X200, does anyone know where the chip is located?
I have a report that it's u525 but unsure (by the way this is to help someone else)

Dell pc`s Bios boot erase disc (iso)


A handy disc to have for all who play with dell PC's

This boot disc resets Dell Bios to default erasing all admin and protection passwords saved by the bios. Very useful if you purchased any Dell laptop of EBay which still has ADMIN locked. No need to open and short out pin on your laptop MB.

Get it while you can. This is what DELL uses to fix there own systems.

By the way stating your Model number and service tag does help.
Basically this thread is old, not much help here except for a lot of forthcoming spam posts. ie if you really want to pay then just search Google on the private shady payment options.

Your number one (and cheapest) option is to always try Dell, unless of course its a stolen laptop since you accidentally (somehow!) lost your password! Oh sorry, or its your long lost passed father's laptop. Of which seems to be the number one lie I've heard.

You may see this is sensitive area when Dell have 100% confirmed they'll help outside warranty for minimal cost, even outside warranty! But keep trying maybe someone may post their outlandish extravagant high cost from Russia or something!

i m not having any trouble with this i5 cpu 3.10 GHZ
but i think dell has 2.0ghz cpu n samsung having 2.3 ghz cpu.

so samsung would be better for you as both are core 2 quad processors. n its having slighly faster processor.

Why a laptop?
Best choice is always a desktop.
If you need to move your software in different places just buy a nice 256Gb SSD drive and install a quick HD plug unit in all the places where you need
