hello,

anyone could help me please.
I have a HP ELITEBOOK 2530P and i can't enter in the bios because the first screen ask me the bios password. I don't know the bios password.

i try to put 3 times and nothing appears neither the return code.

the s/n is: CND9040CWM
the service tag is: E2530pUL9400W2X12GIBUNN20Qe

try enter to bios and find 5 decimal code

I already did that but the 5 decimal code don't appear.
when i turn on the laptop the first screen have 3 options:

Bios Administrator and 2 users. I can't enter in the users account because i don't have the passwords.

I removed the cmos battery and i tried to find the eeprom like 24c02 to reset them, but i've got no results in any of the options.

hello again....

when i put something in bios administrator password for 3 times, a screen with a virtual keyboard appears to put the password one more time (last chance) and after that i put something again and a message appears: system locked turn off your computer. No decimal codes appears....

If someone wants to get the password to the BIOS or HDD DELL computers.

Write Service Tags in this form:

your BIOS Service Tag should look like this:
AB12345-595B or D35B or 2A7B or A95B

Thats 7 digits a dash and 4 more digits

your HDD Service Tag should look like this:
AB1234567YZ-595B or D35B or 2A7B or A95B

Thats 11 digits a dash and 4 more digits

If some digits are a '*' star just enter them like that

The full Service Tag displays when you boot your
computer and you see the BIOS or HDD security screen
