Did you get suffix after Service Tag when you must put passwrod ?? [2A7B or 1D3B]

I did not get any suffix, just get an empty field to enter the current password, which i do not have

Still no suffix. Just getting the message, Invalid password. doesn't matter how much I try it

try hit one of F1-F12 key when you must put password or after third incorrect.

you must get some error or PPID code.
