Need help for a Toshiba F20

Hi Guys (& Girls)

After 3 Years I managed to get my Toshiba Qosmio F20 Fixed. New Graphics Board. But when it starts up it askes for a "Password=". I have spoken to the very nice people at Toshiba who says since the Laptop has not used for 3 years the cmos battery will need replaced. So I got that done. Guess what. it still askes for a password. Spoke to them again and now they say that as the cmos battery has been replaced the laptop is trying to get into the bios to set the date and time. and someone has set a password on it. tried every thing I can think of. No joy. Yet again spoke to Toshiba now they want me to send them the laptop and a fee to get the password removed.

After reading some of the posts on the net. I was hoping someone could generate the response code for me. The details are

PC Serial No. = 65098394H
Challenge Code = HGHJF-LDU3G-14L7X-CG127-QDL3L

I really hope some one can help. Otherwise this laptop is heading back into the cupboard again.

Thanks
Ed

Hi Dexterx13,

The password you provided got me in to the first screen. Now it asks to start in normal mode, safe mode, or recovery mode. No matter which you select it will go to the window screen, and the bar just goes across the screen like it is starting up, but stays like this for hours, and doesn't do anything. Any suggestions? If I try to start in C or E drive, it asks for another password, and won't let me go any further. Thanks for your help..as you can see I know nothing about computers. You are such a great help to others!!
