got two 320 gig hd that are locked and useless right now. the numbers i get from them are: x41c12y6242-595b and x41c12y8943-595b.

also have a latitude e6400 im trying ro remove bios password, just says system #7js2wk1-1f5a is locked with bios password.
any help anyone can give me with either of these is greatly appreciated. im more interested in unlocking hard drives so they dont go into trash, if i cant unlock laptop i can still use some of parts in it

My son bought this computer from a friend but the system stops during boot with the Dell Secure Manager message saying the hard-drive is protected by password authentication, but we do not have it nor does his friend have it....

please help....
