I was going down the old HDD Unlock Wizard does not work with a Hitachi HTS541040G9SA00 SATA drive, when I decided to check the forum, thanks again.

to find the hdd serial number you can see it physically in the hdd
you need to open your pc and remove it, see the serial number and put it back as it was
