I'm stuck on a screen that requires a password for mcafee????????? do i need a new code... i think i pressed the wrong thing when it started up, i just wanna cry!!!

I'm in a real fix I've been given a Dell Inspirion N5010. The System Password is set and of course nobody knows it.
