Hi, please can you help me with unlocking my Latitude E5500 BIOS admin password. It did have A09 but have just upgraded to A17 BIOS.

Thanks in advance for this. The screen dims when I connect the adapter and I need to adjust the lcd brightness when adapter connected as its at 0%.

Hi guys,

I stumbled across this forum whilst I accidentally locked my Dell Latitude E6320 whilst trying to activate the TPM hard drive.

Ive locked it and cannot get logged in at all even though Im 100% sure Im entering the password I set for TPM.

Id be most grateful if someone could helpp me with the Dell Secure manager pre boot password.

As mentioned its a latitude e6320 service tag #2C5JFS1-1D3B with BIOS A5
