What you see when you must put password ??

I put the password in and hold the CTRL Key and click OK this then pops up Warning Incorrect Password entered Click OK.

If I click OK this leaves the password field with password *'s so hold CTRL and click OK a few times and nothing happens, so I have to click Cancel

Did you see suffix after Service Tag in Bios ??

Watch out for case sensitive !!!

put password click CTRL+ENTER

or

put password click and hold CTRL then click ENTER (one or twice)

also you can try external keyboard on USB.
