Thank you so much it worked, and it now wants the HDD password and gives me this message:Hard disk #***5VG13BKA-2A7B,the systems primary HDD is protected by password authenticatiion system.You can not access data on this HD without the correct password.

Hello!
Could anyone please help because I don't kow what else to do anymore. I have a laptop Dell Latitude d630
with service tag 3KJW63J-595B
which is locked with a password. My deceased dad has the password and no one else so if anyone can please help me so I can unlock the laptop so I can use it now.
