Hello,

I'm a bit confused. I've read that to unlock an E6410 with a 1F5A suffix tag can only be done by going to a paid service, but I've seen passwords here.

I've been given an ex-work laptop with a locked CD drive and USB sockets. It works, but isn't much use as I can't get anything in or out of it! If anyone could help (either unlock, or tell me who I should go to instead) I'd be really grateful.

The next screen asks for a password... nothing I've tried worked until I got this screen:

After reboot I get the first screen again. Any and all help is appreciated! I've spent hours on the web. If someone has links to a valid fix I'll do the legwork myself.
