Please can someone help me?
I need a password for my dell latitude e6520 service tag: J01N2Q1-1D3B.
Bought laptop from car boot sale and was working fine for over a year, until i installed new operating system and installed all the relevent dell drivers from their support website.
After trying to set up the fingerprint scanner it now boots up to dell secure manager asking for the system or administrator password.
Any help would be much appreciated.
