I need to reset the admin password on a Dell latitude 7240.

Please help. I bought this computer used and thought it had no passwords, but I went to change bios settings for hackintosh and found I couldn't. Then I was unable to reach the seller. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Try all the 3 below passwords!

Do HDD format and partition table then install new OS on it!

or remove from laptop and install in externa HDD reader and reactivate and format
