The code is for US keyboard ONLY. Write the code with exact as You see it, mind the small and capital letters. Do not forget to press Ctrl-Enter, not Enter, when entering code into the BIOS

Hello ,
I have password in Bios under Admin section. After several wrong attempts it display 16 digit code and service tag. Computer is Dell XPS L521X. I have contacted Dell support center and they gaved me master password but it not worked too. Or maybe i do something wrong. Please if someone can generate me a new code.
